First pool session since lockdown
Venue: Piran Meadows Resort & Spa, Newquay

Eight hopeful kayak-rollers hit the water on Thursday 13th November, joined by three top-drawer coaches at the brilliant Piran Meadows Resort pool. The warm water and cracking facilities made all the difference, nudging everyone that bit closer to nailing the elusive roll.

Huge thanks to Lee, Lee and Steve for giving up their evening and pushing us all on.

There are plenty of spaces over the coming Thursday nights, so if you're keen to learn or sharpen your roll, this is genuinely the best chance you'll get. Grab a slot while they're going!

We've recently emailed everyone who on this trip. If you're expecting to be on this trip and didn't receive it, please get in touch as soon as possible.

Trip dates & travel times:
Saturday 8th August – Saturday 15th August 2026

Location:
Pelistry Campsite, St Mary's, Isles of Scilly

We currently have 25 confirmed places, filling 11 of our 12 tents. That leaves:
• One empty tent – suitable for a couple or up to three people (same gender)
• One spare space in a tent currently shared by two males
It would be great to fill these remaining spots, as this will help reduce the overall cost per person.

Based on previous trips, we're expecting the cost to be in the region of £350–£370 per person.
If you're interested in joining, please get in touch as soon as possible.

Thanks,
